If you’re new to digital submission, you’ll need your school code and AP Exam registration and ordering access code to create an account in the AP Art and Design digital submission web application. Both of these codes are listed in the email from the AP Program sent in mid-November about the AP Art and Design digital submission web application. (Your AP registration and ordering access code is the same code that you initially used to sign in to AP Registration and Ordering.) If you have any questions about your AP registration and ordering access code, contact AP Services for Educators at 877-274-6474 (toll free in the United States and Canada), 212-632-1781, or apexams@info.collegeboard.org (apexams-intl@info.collegeboard.org for educators outside the United States).

Create Account

On the sign-in page, click Set up your access now. Then select AP Coordinator from the access type menu on the next screen. You’ll then be taken to the screen shown below.

Set Up Your AP Coordinator Access

Enter your school code and AP registration and ordering access code and follow the instructions to set up access and create your account.

Confirmation Page

After successfully setting up your access, you’ll see a confirmation screen below. The screen displays your Coordinator Key, a unique alphanumeric access code that your school’s Art and Design teachers will need to access the web application.

Email Confirmation

You will also receive a confirmation email with your Coordinator Key and a link to the web application. If any of your school’s AP Art and Design teachers are new to digital submission this year, forward this email, along with your school code, to them as soon as possible.
