If any of the AP Art and Design teachers at your school are new to digital submission this year, they’ll need to set up their access to the web application. To do this, they will need two pieces of access information from you:
- Your coordinator key, a unique alphanumeric access key
- Your school code
You can locate your coordinator key at any time by going to your Account Information page (shown below). Be sure to pass this access information to any new teachers as soon as possible after the web application becomes available.
Returning teachers can sign in using their username and password from last year. (Regardless of whether they’re new to digital submission, all teachers will need to pass their own access information to students before students can access the web application.)
If you’re working with any homeschooled students or students who won’t be submitting their portfolios through a teacher, you’ll be given a separate coordinator key for these students. You must provide this coordinator key along with your school code to these students as soon as possible after the web application becomes available. These students will submit their digital AP Art and Design portfolios directly to you.
