AP coordinators will receive an email from College Board in mid-November to inform them that the AP Art and Design digital submission web application is available. After receiving this email, coordinators go to the AP Art and Design digital submission web application. How you first access the web application will vary, depending on whether you used the web application before:
- If you participated in digital submission previously at the same school, sign in using your existing username and password. After signing in, you’ll see your Account Information page, which has the school code and coordinator key that you’ll need to provide to your school’s AP Art and Design teachers (and students if applicable).
- If you’re new to digital submission, select Create Account and follow the instructions outlined on the Set Up Access page.
- If you’ve changed schools since first using the web application, you’ll need to sign in using your existing username and password and then update your school information.
If you forgot your username or password, use the “Forgot your username?” or “Forgot your password?” features on the sign in page.
